Our Story
Meet Celeste
Back in 2017, my mom was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, and suddenly, something as simple as eating out or enjoying a sweet treat became incredibly difficult. I watched the tears and frustration she experienced from being treated differently at restaurants and from having so few options when it came to the foods and desserts she loved.
Then I discovered that I was allergic to gluten myself. Suddenly, I understood her struggle on a whole new level—the cravings, the limitations, and the feeling of missing out on foods that should be simple to enjoy.
Inspired by my mom and convinced there had to be a better way, I set out to create gluten-free desserts that weren't just "good for gluten-free," but genuinely delicious. Through a LOT of trial and error, I've crafted treats that I’m incredibly proud to share.
What drives me most is the moment someone takes their first bite and looks at me in disbelief because they can’t believe it’s gluten-free. Seeing the joy on their faces is EVERYTHING to me.
I’m passionate about baking, grateful for the journey that brought me here, and truly blessed that I get to do what I love—creating delicious desserts that everyone can enjoy.
